The house is located in Kortivi, Istria, on the hills of Momjan, from where you can enjoy some of the most beautiful Istrian sceneries. It's a small corner of paradise surrounded by silence and nature, far from city pollution, where you can read, rest, relax, restore your spirit, practice yoga under centuries old trees, or enjoy a breathtaking starry sky at night.

The house was built with stone in 1830, and has been renovated without losing its traditional Istrian character; it lies 250 meters above sea level.

The building is a two-storey house; it's air conditioned and heated, with 2 double bedrooms (one with a covered terrace), two bathrooms, a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room.

A large garden, a barbeque with an outdoor kitchen and private parking are also available. In the summer, guests can use the outdoor swimming pool, relaxing and sunbathing on the loungers. From there you can admire a wide panoramic view of the sun setting into the sea of the Istrian coast; while in the clear nights you can see the lights of the Italian coast from Grado to Venice.
