Terms and Conditions

We accept payments only in cash upon arrival.
3 nights minimum stay required.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to the first night of stay must be made within the month preceding the arrival date.
The house is equipped with air-conditioning and heating.
A security deposit of euro 150,00 must to be paid upon arrival – it will be refunded at time of check-out if no damage is found.

No animals allowed.
